Third Grade Field Trip

The Brevard County Zoo
Two Bald Eagles at feeding time were a magnificent sight. As they were feeding, a four large vultures came to try to steal the eagles' meal but were chased away. The stark difference between the two types of birds really showcased the beauty of our national bird.

Funny looking spoonbills.

Japanese Fighting Fish...really big.. almost 2 feet long!

Fun with friends on the train.

Xavi & Mommy too.

Black Swan

Feeding the birds

Kookaburra (sits in the old gum tree...)

Cheetah!!!!!
Sebastian took his notebook and wrote down the names of every single animal we saw. In total he saw 71 different kinds of animals & birds & fish (and a wasp)
